Top Hats Winter Guard from Pittsburgh, PA is accepting members for the 2009 season. Spots still remain (flag, saber, and rifle) in the Open and Regional A competitive Color Guards. Top Hats Performance Ensemble is also accepting new members ages 4 & up. Classes exist for all experience levels in baton, dance, flag, and pom poms.
